A bill to establish an Asbestos Information Clearinghouse in the Environmental Protection Agency.
Asbestos Information Clearinghouse Act of 1986 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to establish within the Agency an Asbestos Information Clearinghouse to collect and analyze asbestos samples from building owners before they remove such material from their buildings. Requires manufacturers of asbestos building material to submit relevant data to such Clearinghouse as required. Requires the Administrator to provide requested information on formulas and samples upon a reimbursable basis.
