A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act with respect to coverage of optometrists' services and coverage of occupational therapy services under the medicare program.

Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to extend coverage to include the items and services which an optometrist is legally authorized to provide.

Provides coverage, under part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of the Medicare program, for outpatient occupational therapy services in the same manner in which outpatient physical therapy services are covered.
