A bill to place a moratorium on the forceable eviction and relocation of Navajo and Hopi Indians, and for other purposes.
Navajo-Hopi Relocation Moratorium Act - Prohibits: (1) the forcible relocation of Navajo or Hopi Indians for a one-year period; and (2) funds appropriated for the Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation Commission from being used for the involuntary relocation of Navajo and Hopi Indians.
Requires the President to establish a commission to investigate the financial, psychological, and cultural impact of relocation on the Navajo and Hopi Indians. Requires the commission to submit a report to the President and the Congress.
