A bill to clarify the effective date of certain amendments to the relocation expense provisions of title 5, United States Code.

Authorizes the provision of relocation services to additional transferred Federal employees by expanding the effective date of current law so that such services shall also be available to employees transferred before or after such date who are still in need of such services on that date.
