Currency Design Act - Amends the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from adopting any new form, tenor, or design of any Federal reserve note after June 1, 1985, unless: (1) the proposal for such adoption has been submitted to each House of the Congress; and (2) 90 days have passed since the second House received the proposal.
