Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to grant duty-free treatment of meat products and hides that are processed abroad from bovine of U.S. origin. Provides that a bovine is of U.S. origin if it was calved in the United States or was in the United States continuously during the 90-day period before the date of its exportation to a foreign country.
