Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to provide a duty on steel armor wire and other types of steel wire.
Amends the Steel Import Stabilization Act to provide that a quantitative import limitation agreement between the United States and a foreign country shall not apply to such wire that is a product of that country and imported into the United States for processing into electromechanical cable for sale in both domestic and foreign markets.
