Small Business Meat Producer and Marketer Protection Act of 1985 - Amends the Small Business Act to change the eligibility requirements of certain small businesses for loans made under the Act.
Defines "meatpacker or meat marketer engaged in commerce". Imposes numerical limits on the slaughter, sale, purchase, and forward delivery of certain livestock by meatpackers or meat marketers engaged in commerce. Establishes fines for violations of this Act.
