Directs the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the International Trade Administration, to: (1) develop and maintain a system to monitor, organize, and disseminate commercial information relating to international trade gathered by the Federal Government which could be of assistance to export businesses; and (2) coordinate the gathering and dissemination of such information by the Federal Government. Sets forth information to be included in such trade information system.
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to establish a program to provide international trade advice and assistance to businesses located in the United States. Requires the Secretary to impose fees for such information.
