A bill to amend the Social Security Act to provide that social security coverage for employees of religious organizations shall be optional.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code to provide for the voluntary participation of a church or religious organization (to cover their employees) in the OASDI program.
