A bill to amend title 44, United States Code, to permit broader representation in the membership of the Joint Committee on Printing.

Changes the membership of the Joint Committee on Printing to include two Senators who are not members of the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration and two Representatives who are not members of the House Committee on House Administration. (Currently, the Joint Committee on Printing consists only of members from such committees.)
