Terrorist Bounty Act of 1986 - Amends the Federal criminal code and the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to increase the rewards for information regarding domestic and international terrorists.
Directs the Secretary of State and the Attorney General to maintain and publicize a most wanted terrorists list. Offers one-million dollar rewards for information regarding the persons on such list.
