A bill to amend part C of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to provide that certain health, safety and law enforcement agencies shall be exempt from reduction under sequestration orders issued under this part.

Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to exempt the following agencies from reductions pursuant to sequestration orders under such Act: (1) the Coast Guard; (2) the Drug Enforcement Administration; (3) the Federal Aviation Administration; (4) the Immigration and Naturalization Service; and (5) the United States Customs Service.
