A bill to assist in the admission into the United States of certain aliens who have fled from Poland.
Polish Refugee Act of 1986 - Treats certain Polish citizens or nationals as refugees under the Immigration and Nationality Act for purposes of admission into the United States.
Directs the Attorney General to assist such persons in applying for refugee status or asylum, as appropriate. Entitles such aliens to refugee assistance under such Act.
