Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to extend dairy price support authority through December 31, 1985.
Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to extend authority through December 31, 1985, for: (1) a pilot program of cash allotments for elderly or supplemental security income households; and (2) suspension of the noncash benefit requirement for the Puerto Rican nutrition program.
Amends the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 to provide that the proclamation of the national marketing quota for the 1986 crop of Flue-cured tobacco may be made not later than December 31, 1985.
