A bill to provide for the reimbursement of State and local governments for providing certain protection with respect to certain foreign diplomatic missions located in the United States and with respect to certain foreign officials.

Provides for reimbursement of State and local governments for providing: (1) protection on a regular basis for a foreign diplomatic mission in a metropolitan area in which there are 20 or more such missions; (2) protection for certain foreign officials; or (3) protection for a foreign head of state or foreign head of government during any official visit. Authorizes appropriations.
