A bill to amend title 31, United States Code, to require the President, in the annual budget submitted by the President to the Congress, to include information on the accuracy of inflation estimates with respect to the budget for the prior year.

Requires the President to include with each annual Federal budget transmitted to the Congress a comparison of the actual increase, as a result of inflation, in the cost of a program with the amount appropriated for such program in the preceding fiscal year on the basis of an estimate of such increase.
