A bill to amend title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for educational and training respecting activities of peer review organizations.

Amends part B (Peer Review) of title XI of the Social Security Act to direct peer review organizations to establish a plan for training all individuals involved in the decision-making process of the organization. Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to: (1) establish regulations regarding such training; and (2) make additional payments to the organizations to finance that training.
