A bill to authorize statues of illustrious persons from the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the territories of Guam, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa to be placed in National Statuary Hall in the Capitol in the same manner as statues of illustrious persons from the States.
