A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that entitlement to a survivor annuity under the Civil Service Retirement System in the case of certain individuals who are mentally or physically disabled shall not be affected by marriage if the spouse is incapable of self-support due to a disability.

Declares that the survivor annuity status under the Civil Service Retirement System of an unmarried dependent who is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability shall not be changed if such individual marries a person who is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability which is permanent in nature.
