A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that a child's insurance benefit shall not be payable to an insured individual's stepchild or stepgrandchild, after such child's parents are divorced, for any period during which such child is receiving support from another source.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit the payment of a benefit for any month, payable on the basis of the income of an insured individual, to any individual solely as the stepchild or stepgrandchild of the insured individual if, after such child's parents are divorced, such child receives income from another source.
