A bill entitled: the "Bribes and Gratuities Act of 1985".
Bribes and Gratuities Act of 1985 - Amends Federal law to allow the United States to terminate any contract, grant, or benefit of any person who has given a bribe or gratuity to an employee or official of an agency in order to obtain or influence the award of such grant, contract, or benefit.
Authorizes the assessment, as exemplary damages, of an amount not less than three but not more than ten times the value of the bribe or gratuity.
