A bill for the relief of Melissa Johnson and Barbara Johnson Lizzi.

Directs that sums to be determined be paid to two named individuals in full settlement of their claims against the United States arising out of the personal injuries and mental pain and suffering resulting from the sexual assault and molestation of one of these individuals by an employee of the U.S. Postal Service.
