A bill to increase the rate of compensation of citizen members of the National Capital Planning Commission from $100 per day to the daily equivalent of the rate established for positions at level IV of the Executive Schedule, and to establish the responsibilities of such Commission relating to demolitions.

Increases the rate of compensation of citizen members of the National Capital Planning Commission from $100 per day to the daily equivalent of the annual rate of basic pay for positions at level IV of the Executive Schedule.

Requires consultation between Federal or District of Columbia agencies and the Commission prior to the preparation of any demolition plans.
