Authorizes additional appropriations to the Department of State for FY 1986 for the expansion and modernization of the facilities of the Coordinating Committee on Export Controls.
Amends the Export Administration Act of 1979 to direct the Secretary of State to assign at most two members of the Foreign Service to serve as the U.S. permanent delegation at the Coordinating Committee.
