A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide life imprisonment without parole for certain offenses relating to the sexual exploitation of children.

Amends the Federal criminal code to impose a life sentence without eligibility for parole upon any person who engages in the sexual exploitation of a child for profit or through the use of force (or threat of force) that would likely result in serious bodily injury or death to the minor.
