A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to require that all covered workers be informed annually of their contributions and potential benefit rights (based on their then current wage records).

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to annually transmit to each fully insured individual a written statement setting forth specified information relating to the individual's contributions and benefits.
