Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, upon written request of the Governor of Pennsylvania, to transfer up to 110 acres of land within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for use in furtherance of the Pocono Mountains Center for the Arts.
