Federal Meat Import Labeling Act of 1985 - Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act to require imported meat to be labeled with its country of origin and to be examined and inspected at the port of entry.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to assess fees to cover costs.
Requires the Secretary to study and report to the Congress on the feasibility of requiring eating establishments to inform customers that imported meat is being served.
