A bill to authorize the Administrator of the General Services Administration to sell certain land in Alameda County, California, and for other purposes.

Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration to sell at public auction specified land in the Department of the Army's Parks Reserve Forces Training Area located in Alameda County, California.

Specifies that the proceeds of such sale shall be distributed in specified amounts to the Dublin-San Ramon Services District and the East Bay Regional Park District in Alameda and Contia Costa Counties, California, and to the credit of the General Services Administration in an amount equal to the costs expended in conducting such auction. Provides that any remaining proceeds shall be deposited in the General Fund of the Treasury.
