A bill to eliminate the requirement that material injury, or the threat thereof, to a domestic industry be found before countervailing duties may be imposed on products of Brazil.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to eliminate the requirement that material injury, or threat thereof, to a domestic industry be found to exist before countervailing duties may be imposed on products imported into the United States from Brazil.
