A bill to amend title 17, United States Code, to create a Copyright Royalty Court, and for other purposes.
Copyright Dispute Resolution and Royalty Court Act of 1985 - Redesignates the Copyright Royalty Tribunal as the Copyright Royalty Court, transferring such body to the control of the judicial branch.
Directs the Court to provide parties to a proceeding with an opportunity for alternative dispute resolution.
Authorizes appropriations.
