Amends Federal provisions concerning the sale and distribution of charts and related materials to allow all aeronautical and nautical charts and related materials published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to be sold at prices determined by the Secretary of Commerce according to a specified schedule. Requires the Secretary to establish and publish annually the prices at which such products are sold to the public.
Authorizes the Secretary to either sell or exchange such products to certain foreign governments or international agencies, Federal departments, or agencies of the United States.
States that such fees are collected for the purpose of reimbursing the U.S. Government for the costs of producing or publishing such products.
