A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, with respect to the disclosure of statistical information regarding Veterans' Administration health-care programs.

Revises Federal provisions concerning the confidentiality of certain medical records of the Veterans Administration to allow for the disclosure of purely statistical information regarding VA health-care programs.
