A bill to modify the restrictions on the use of a certain tract of land in the State of Utah, and to provide for the conveyance of the fence located on such tract to the Armory Board, State of Utah.

Modifies the restrictions on the use of a certain tract of land in the State of Utah to ensure that such use does not interfere with the care and treatment of patients at a Veterans Administration hospital adjoining such land.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to convey all right, title, and interest in a fence located on such land to the Armory Board, State of Utah.
