Agricultural Fair Market Price Act of 1985 - Title I: Wheat - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to set loan rates, target prices, disaster payments, and acreage reduction and land diversion programs for the 1986 through 1993 wheat crops.
Title II: Feed Grains - Sets forth similar provisions for the 1986 through 1993 feed grain crops.
Title III: Miscellaneous Provisions - Sets forth payment limitations for the 1986 through 1993 crops of wheat, feed grains, cotton, and rice.
Amends the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 to extend through 1993 authority for the National Agricultural Cost of Production Standards Review Board.
Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to extend through 1993 authority for the special grazing and hay program.
Amends the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 to extend through 1993 the Secretary of Agriculture's authority to limit normally planted acreage whenever a wheat or feed grain set-aside program is in effect.
Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to extend through 1993 specified Commodity Credit Corporation sales price restrictions for wheat and feed grains.
Extends through 1993 wheat and feed grain set-aside (including multiyear set-asides) and acreage limitation authority.
