Utah National Park System Wilderness Act - Designates the following lands in Utah as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System: (1) the Arches Wilderness in the Arches National Park; (2) the Bryce Canyon Wilderness in the Bryce Canyon National Park;(3) the Canyonlands Wilderness in the Canyonlands National Park; (4) the Capitol Reef Wilderness in the Capitol Reef National Park; (5) the Cedar Breaks Wilderness in the Cedar Breaks National Monument; and (6) the Zion Wilderness in the Zion National Park. Excludes from the system any part of these lands which lie within 100 feet of the exterior boundary of any national park or monument listed above.
