Fox-Wisconsin Heritage Waterway Corridor Act of 1985 - Establishes the Fox-Wisconsin Heritage Waterway Corridor Commission to undertake a comprehensive study regarding methods to protect and preserve the cultural, historical, natural, and recreational resources of the Portage Canal-Fox River Corridor in Wisconsin. Sets out the composition and organization of the Commission. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to provide technical assistance to the Commission as necessary.
Directs the Commission to submit a report to the President and the Congress detailing the findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Authorizes appropriations for the Commission.
