A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to provide that the removal of hazardous substances to facilities regulated under the Solid Waste Disposal Act will not be subject to State environmental review.

Amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) to exclude from State environmental review the removal of a hazardous substance pursuant to such Act to a facility operating in accordance with the Solid Waste Disposal Act permit provisions.
