Modifies the exterior boundary of the Uinta National Forest, Utah.
States that such boundary modification shall not affect valid existing Federal, State, or private interests in such lands.
Provides that funds may continue to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Bureau of Reclamation for recreational purposes in accordance with existing plans and the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bureau of Reclamation and the Forest Service.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to exchange on an equal value basis specified National Forest lands in Wasatch County, Utah, for a building to be constructed on other Federal lands in such County.
