A bill to provide for a demonstration of the provision of preventive health services under the medicare program.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish preventive health services demonstration programs for Medicare beneficiaries in at least five sites.

Requires a preliminary report within three years and a final report within five years to the appropriate congressional committees.

Provides that expenditures made for such programs shall be made from the Federal Supplementary Medical Insurance Trust Fund.
