Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to impose a duty on uranium hexafluoride (UF6) that is imported for use in U.S. reactors and is a product of a country that requires that uranium mined in that country be converted or upgraded into uranium hexafluoride (UF6) before its export. Provides for the termination of such duty by the President.
