Family Farm Survival Act of 1985 - Title I: Wheat - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to extend price supports for wheat through 1989. Establishes the price at: (1) $5.25 per bushel for 1986; (2) $5.41 per bushel for 1987; (3) $5.57 per bushel for 1988; and (4) $5.74 per bushel for 1989.
Suspends specified quota and certificate provisions.
Title II: Feed Grains - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to extend price supports for feed grains through 1989. Establishes the price for corn at: (1) $3.56 per bushel for 1986; (2) $3.67 per bushel for 1987; (3) $3.78 per bushel for 1988; and (4) $3.89 per bushel for 1989.
Title III: Loan and Purchase Limitations for Wheat and Feed Grains - Sets limits on 1986 through 1989 wheat and feed grain loans and purchases.
