Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a section of the Saline Bayou, Louisiana, for potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Requires the study of such possible addition, as required by such Act, to be completed within two years of enactment of this Act. Authorizes appropriations.
