A bill to authorize the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to conduct demonstration projects for the purpose of evaluating the cost effectiveness of providing chiropractic care to veterans.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to conduct demonstration projects for the purpose of evaluating the cost-effectiveness of providing chiropractic care to veterans. Requires such projects to be conducted in three geographically-dispersed locations in the United States.

Directs the Administrator, in conducting such projects, to obtain advice and recommendations from recognized medical or scientific authorities in the field and to ensure adequate participation by chiropractors in the design and evaluation of the projects.

Requires the Administrator, not later than October 1, 1988, to report to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate and the House of Representatives on the results of such projects.
