A bill for the relief of Lawrence R. Machado.

Deems a specified affliction of a named individual to be a service-connected disability for purposes of compensation for service-connected disability and death.

Declares any amounts payable under this Act to be in full satisfaction of any claim against the United States that such individual may have for service-connected disability compensation relating to the above mentioned disability.
