Railroad Right-of-Way Conveyance Validation Act of 1985 - Validates the conveyance of specified lands in San Joaquin County, Sacramento County, Kings County, and Nevada County, California, which form part of the right-of-way granted by the United States to the Central Pacific Railway Company.
Maintains the width of the right-of-way. Reserves to the United States mineral rights in such lands.
