Agricultural Act of 1985 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to set forth loan and purchase rates (75 percent of parity) and set-aside programs for the 1986 through 1990 crops of wheat, feed grains, cotton, and rice.
Eliminates the wheat and feed grain producer reserve program after 1985.
