Extended Daylight Savings Act of 1985 - Amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to start daylight savings time the first Sunday in March rather than the last Sunday of April. Continues a State's rights to preempt such time changes.
Directs the Federal Communications Commission to make necessary adjustments in the operation of daytime standard amplitude modulation broadcast stations.
