Farmland Conservation Acreage Reserve Act of 1985 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, during the 1986 through 1996 cropyears, to enter into long-term contracts with farm owners and operators to place erosion-prone land into a (soil and water) conservation acreage reserve. Limits annual payments to any one farm to $50,000.
Authorizes appropriations.
